HOW IS MY PACKAGE SHIPPED?
All packages sent to destinations in the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped via DHL. The standard delivery time is one to two working days.
WHAT HAPPENDS IF I’M NOT AT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
If DHL/Bpost is unable to deliver your package to your home or to your neighbours’ house, it will be sent to a DHL/Bpost Service Point. DHL/Bpost will leave a card with a code in your letterbox. You can use this track & trace code to see where your package was delivered.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER CANNOT BE DELIVERED?
If your order cannot be delivered because the delivery address is incorrect, Thopise Consultancy will be forced to charge shipping costs for having to resend the package. It is the customer’s own responsibility to make sure the address information they provided is correct. If your order is returned to us because you did not pick up the package in time, we will also charge shipping costs for having to resend the package.
Of course, Thopise Consultancy will cover the costs of resending your package if the delivery fails due to an error made by our courier.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?
If you do not receive your package within the specified delivery window, please contact our customer service department so we can begin an investigation. The courier service in question will investigate the whereabouts of the package and try to find out what went wrong. Please note that this investigation may take up to five working days.
